Network restutuciju in Serbia is currently intensively shaped set of detailed observations, amendments to the draft law on restitution and compensation. Draft for the Serbian government (ie Ministry of Finance, on behalf of) revealed the last days of July this year. We thank all our members who have made the effort, time and willingness to make their comments, proposals for amending the draft law submitted online using any of the e-mails on this site, to all who have contributed in writing to the address of the Network or directly handed to the regular meetings of the Association within the Network. All your contributions are carefully read and all that is meaningful and enforceable in accordance with European legal standards, after reviewing the legal team of the Network will be incorporated in the final text of the detailed objections, the amendment will forward the draft to the Government of Serbia (or the relevant Ministry of Finance). I will put the same text on this site, to be available publicly - that anyone can read it. Thank you for actively participates in the fight for the return of private property and family your ancestors, taken away solely for ideological reasons, all the time since the end of World War II.
